Hicham Benbella is a technology leader specializing in enterprise blockchain, AI, and cloud architecture. He is currently at Oracle, designing cloud solutions that accelerate large-scale adoption powered by AI. Previously, Hicham spent a decade at IBM (2014–2024) leading blockchain consulting and go-to-market across North Africa and serving as Client Technical Leader for banking. He has delivered solutions for clients in Europe, North America, and the Middle East across telecom, financial, and public sectors. Hicham holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from Al Akhawayn University.

Cédric has accompanied the 4 revolutions of the computer industry with the arrival of microcomputers, then Web 1.0, 2.0 and now 3.0 with blockchain and AI. He published the first book in French on the Java language and contributed to the launch of the first mobile Internet service in France, Japan's i-mode. He was responsible for terminals and SIM cards for Bouygues Telecom. He was a business angel for several startups, then spent 10 years as an entrepreneur with two startups in mobility and startup financing. After accompanying several Web 3 projects, he was project director for Hashgraph Association in the Hedera ecosystem, an American distributed public ledger. He's now CTO of 2 US startups : EMC2Group & Zenger

Abdellatif works closely with banks, merchants, and technology providers to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant payment infrastructures, with a strong focus on innovation, performance, and growth in the Moroccan and broader African markets.

Ahmed Jebbari is a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Engineer specializing in data analytics, technology, and digital decision-support systems. He has contributed to data-driven projects involving performance monitoring, KPI analysis, and advanced reporting using Power BI, SQL, and cloud platforms. His work focuses on leveraging data and technology to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and insight generation across complex systems. Ahmed brings a practical perspective on how analytics and modern data platforms can support informed decision-making in finance- and trading-related environments.

Youssef Chigane is an AI Solutions Expert and Microsoft AI MVP specializing in applied artificial intelligence and business use cases.
